Form Filler privacy policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

In short: Form Filler fills web forms with details you save in your browser. Your profiles stay on your computer. The extension does nothing on a page until you click it. We don't show ads, sell data or track what you browse.

What stays in your browser

What is sent to our server, and when

Some features use AI on our server. They work only after you click Fill, use the keyboard shortcut or the right-click menu, or paste text yourself. Use AI is on by default and can be turned off in Settings; then nothing leaves your browser.

Each request also carries a random installation ID, used only to apply daily limits. It isn't linked to your name, email or device, and Delete all data replaces it with a new one.

What our server keeps

The field descriptions, options and text you send are used only to answer that request. Neither our server nor the AI model that processes the request stores them.

For each request the server keeps only a technical log line: the time, which feature was used, whether it worked, how long it took and how many AI tokens it used.

To apply the daily limits, the server counts requests per installation ID and per IP address. It stores only one-way hashes of them that change every day, never the ID or the IP itself, and deletes these counters within 24 hours.
